We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to generate your documents and take your payment, we do not sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Amiri AI operates Recoup and is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@amiri-ai.com.

2. What we collect

Details you enter to generate a pack: your business name and email, invoice amounts and dates, and the debtor's name and (optionally) contact details.
Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and the amount; we never see or store your full card number.
Usage data: standard analytics and advertising measurement (for example, whether a visit led to a purchase) so we can run our advertising responsibly. This may involve cookies from Google.

3. Debtor information (important)

Where you enter details about a business that owes you money, we process that information on your instruction, solely to produce the documents you asked for. We do not contact the debtor, add them to any list, or use their details for anything else. You confirm you have a legitimate business reason to share those details with us.

4. Why we process it (lawful basis)

To perform our contract with you — generating and delivering your pack and running your subscription.
Legitimate interests — measuring our advertising, preventing fraud, and improving the Service, balanced against your rights.
Consent — for non-essential advertising cookies, where required.

5. Who we share it with

Only the processors that run the Service on our behalf: Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider (to send your pack), Cloudflare (hosting), and Google (advertising measurement). We do not sell personal data.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and pack data for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations (generally up to 6 years), then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner where we are not legally required to keep it.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email hello@amiri-ai.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your agreement where required, advertising-measurement cookies from Google so we can see which ads lead to purchases. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
